Common questions

Repair FAQ

Do you work on Macs, PCs, and business systems?

Yes — desktops, laptops, and the networks and servers that connect them, for both home and business setups.

Can you come to us instead?

For networks, business systems, and anything not practical to transport, yes. On-site visits are available across Northern Michigan.

What if my device can't be fixed?

You'll never pay for a repair that doesn't happen. The diagnostic fee covers our time either way, and we'll tell you straight if replacement makes more sense than repair.

Do you offer ongoing IT support, or only one-time repairs?

Both. Plenty of clients start with a single repair and move to an ongoing managed IT arrangement once they see how we work.

Something broken right now?

Send us the details and we'll follow up with next steps, usually within one business day.
